Lake Mead lays in the lower right-hand side of this image taken about the Colorado River, east of Boulder City Nevada. In the distance there are multiple rows of mountainous ranges, in the foreground are the River Mountains, the next row is the McCullough Range and the mountain sticking up on the far left is McCullough Mountain.
Zedekiah: “The last row in the distance is the Spring Mountain Range and the mountain sticking up on the right is Mount Potosi, while the far right is Mount Charleston. This image flying back from shooting the Four Corners area during a spring rainstorm. Returning in the late afternoon I came upon this amazing scene with the sun’s rays streaming down through the storm clouds. One thing I really like about this shot is the reflection of the clouds in the lake on the bottom right… very cool!“
